Key Responsibilities Crisis Intervention: Shelter Coverage: Safety Planning: Case Management: Court Advocacy: Community Outreach: Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in crisis intervention, advocacy, or human services. Knowledge: Deep understanding of trauma-informed care, the dynamics of domestic violence, and local community resources. Skills: Strong active listening, conflict resolution, and written communication skills. Bilingual capabilities are a major plus. Requirements: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and complete state-mandated advocate training.
