Provide subject matter expertise (CPU, architectures, software, peripherals, system view).Identify, qualify, and onboard key suppliers fostering collaboration and open communication. Monitor performance against quality, delivery, and cost targets to drive continuous improvement and strong partnerships.Drive the end-to-end lifecycle, providing input on architecture definition, business negotiations/awards, execution, NPI/production ramp, and EOL. Drive cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and value engineering.Stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
