As a Sales Lead Generator , you’ll engage with customers in a retail setting, helping them find the right home comfort solutions. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path to advancement into a Sales Advisor role , offering unlimited earning potential and career growth.
Responsibilities:As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll collaborate closely with our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel. The primary object of this role is to engage customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements and energy conservation. Your goal is to promote home performance tune-ups and schedule business leads for free, in-home consultations. Our proficient industry sales experts will handle the rest!
Pay: Hourly + Commission (avg. $20–$30/hr). Paid weekly.
Location: 3505 Mt Zion Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281
Schedule: Full-time & part-time available. Weekends required.
