This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with clients to enhance their business performance.Responsibilities- Oversee the modernization of underwriting and policy administration processes- Drive cloud transformation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency- Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions and secure architectures- Analyze and improve risk selection and claims resolution speed- Enhance customer experience through innovative strategies and automation- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational practicesWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical delivery rolesWhat Sets You Apart- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred- Certifications including TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications (CISSP)- Hands-on architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, APIs, event streaming and CI/CD- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor- Leading and developing technical teams in a collaborative environment- Driving adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches- Overseeing project lifecycle and managing budgets and timelines- Providing technical guidance in system integration and cloud architecture- Designing scalable and secure systems using modern patterns- Continuously monitoring emerging technologies and industry trendsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
