Available Shifts

A Shift

• Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

C Shift

• Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

D Shift

• Thursday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Identify root causes of mechanical problems and help implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production and material records.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Minimize waste and maximize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work closely with team members to support overall production objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and identify issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to distinguish colors for product quality and verification purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
