A growing landscape maintenance and irrigation services company is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead its dedicated irrigation function across residential, commercial, multifamily, and HOA properties throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. This is a hands-on leadership role combining approximately 70% field work with 30% office and administrative responsibilities, including crew oversight, scheduling, troubleshooting, service and repair, work tickets, inventory, and customer communication.The ideal candidate is an experienced irrigation professional who knows how to troubleshoot complex issues in the field while leading people, maintaining accountability, and keeping work moving efficiently.
