Extensive experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM petitions and applications, including complex immigration matters. Strong background preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and PERM audits. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and other document or case-management systems. Exceptional case management, organization, prioritization, and client-service skills. Excellent business writing abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
