Location: Timber Ridge Apartments 3602 Rolling Green Drive Abilene, TX 79606 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks Responsibilities: Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC units Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Additional repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent HVAC experience required EPA certification required 3+ years experience in the maintenance field a plus Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience Light plumbing and electrical experience CPO Certification preferred Boiler experience a plus Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Benefits and Compensation: Competitive pay ($26.00-$28.00 per hour!) $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
