About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ experience—from offering a warm welcome at check-in to ensuring a smooth and friendly departure. Every day brings something different, but your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive, memorable first impression.
• Checking guests in and out accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Recognizing IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
• Managing reservations, room assignments, payments, and incidental authorizations.
• Responding to guest questions and requests in person and over the phone.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing helpful, personalized recommendations.
• Resolving billing questions, service concerns, and other issues with care and good judgment.
• Communicating guest requests and important information to housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel management.
• Maintaining an organized front desk, accurate records, and a professional lobby environment.
• Following hotel procedures related to guest privacy, safety, security, and payment processing.
• Supporting other hotel operations as needed to help the property run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
• Experience using a hotel property-management or reservation system is required.
• A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm, patient, and helpful when addressing guest concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make sound decisions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are helpful but not required.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
