The candidate must exhibit a passion for whales and wildlife, and have an engaging personality. As a peer leader, the candidate will lead by example and motivate through clear and regular communication with crew, mechanics and others. Additional requirements Familiar with Coast Guard regulations High School Diploma or GED equivalent Mminimum 50T Captains liscense 5 years of proven tour guide experience with references Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and on-call rotations Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry the same for short distances up and down stairs and steep inclines.
